Production Journey
We start with premium-grade clay and minerals. Through advanced ball milling and multi-stage iron removal, we ensure the slurry is pure and consistent, laying a flawless foundation for high-density ceramic bodies.
Utilizing industry-leading high-pressure casting technology, we achieve superior structural density compared to traditional methods. This ensures every product has a uniform thickness and remains resistant to cracking or deformation over decades of use.
A proprietary nano-antibacterial glaze is applied using a combination of robotic precision and artisan touch. This creates a self-cleaning, ultra-smooth surface (<0.02µm roughness) that resists stains, bacteria, and yellowing.
